  The salesperson was great. He was able to pull up my order online. He processed all of the paperwork. The battery included a rebate, and he along with the other associate, provided the forms to mail online. After the transaction, the associate carried my battery to the car and picked up the old battery. Great level of service. Would recommend this location for future battery purchases.

  Fantastic customer service - a big shout our for Mark! They called me when I was on my way to pick up the battery I ordered online to confirm my purchase, and told me that I ordered the wrong battery for my V70. By the time I got there the correct battery was at the checkout desk, and they installed it in about 15 minutes. they also pointed out that there were other coupons for further discounts. All in all I save >$25
