  Went online to make sure they carried what I was in search of. Drove 18 minutes to the lication in Apex. Arrived, went to the area the item I needed should have been located. Couldn't find it, walked throughout the store in search of an employee to assist me. No employee to be found!! Went to cashier and asked him if any employees working the sales floor. He called someone on their internal communication system, no reply. Finally an employee walked by but he was busy with another customer. Cashier called again, someone replied. He then told me, "sorry, I don't think we carry that". Is this not the holiday season?? Wouldn't it be wise to have your salespeople out on the sales floor??
