I had procrastinated placing the order, and did not submit it until a little under two weeks before our wedding date. I reached out to Moon and Lola customer service to explain the situation, and they were able to rush the order and get it ready for me to pick up the day before the wedding. The customer service representative was so helpful, and my wife wears the necklace every day now. Would recommend Moon and Lola to anyone!
