- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★August 28, 2019, by Kelly O'BrienWent to Officemax in Apex NC with a slow computer (purchased at Officemax in MN recently), Scott went to work right away and quickly found it was my hard drive running at 99%, Scott was able to diagnose it was a windows update slowing the computer down to my relief. Truly amazing how fast he worked on finding the issue. When i returned to my hotel room windows had issued another update when i booted my computer up and it resolved itself. Thanks Scott,
